My Journey
1. Professional Training in Gestalt Therapy
Gestalt Therapy: Four Years Training at the Institute of Gestalt Therapy, Berlin
For four years, I trained to hold space for psychotherapeutic relationships in a way that is present, experimental, and grounded in real-time experience. Gestalt Therapy is not just about analysis—it is about stepping into the here and now, experiencing change as it unfolds.
2.The Performing Arts: The Body as an Instrument of Presence
My background in acting and dance trained me to understand the subtle language of the body—how it holds tension, how it expresses emotion, and how it interacts with others.
As a producer and performer of interactive theater events, I have explored what it means to engage, connect, and create transformation in real-time. Performance is a dialogue between self, space, and others—a principle that applies just as powerfully to healing.
3. The Science and Practice of Mind-Body Awareness 🧘♂️
My work is informed by deep training in meditation, yoga, and mind-body practices. These disciplines have given me tools to guide others in embodiment, breathwork, and somatic awareness, helping them reconnect with their bodies in a profound way.
Alongside formal training, I have engaged in extensive self-directed study in science and the humanities, continuously deepening my understanding of the intersection between psychology, philosophy, and somatic healing.
